Boatshed Update

The boatshed's looking quite French at the moment. The French settee and chair beside it are the result of my latest hobby - attending the monthly antique auction at John Williams Auctions.

The bird mobile and pink and green cushions above are recent purchases from Ruby Star Traders.

For some reason, the past few months have brought out my pink side. But not to worry, it's easy enough to change few cushions or re-cover a chair once I get over it.

I just found your blog via in my house blog and straight away recognised your boatshed from the magazine layout. Your blue/green cuboard in the corner inspired the whole colour scheme in our new house and still that picture on my mood board.
I live in Brisbane but am a born and bread northern beaches girl. Still miss it.
Look forward to following your blog.

I love your boatshed. Very, very cool. I am of the same esthetic as you. My beach house looks quite similar. If it is rusty, timeworn, preloved or just picked up from the beach, created by mother nature...it is for me.
Thank-you for your visit...I will be back.

Beth, your boatshed is looking so pretty at the moment! Saw it pictured in a Wattyl paint sample brochure for the 2012 forcast colours, it was the loveliest room in there.

That's the beauty of a neutral palette isnt it, you can ring the changes with a change of cushions and lampshades.
It all looks great!
