Iris's Chair

After seeing Kim's post on Desire to Inspire about her gorgeous peacock chair, I thought maybe I should bring this one in from the cold. It's been languishing in the garage for ages and definitely looks a lot happier now. Thanks Kim for inspiring me!

Martha Stewart has some great tips on cleaning wicker chairs and making them look like new. Checkout her website. The chair is great but i think it might need a litle love.

what a great find! are you going to do something with it (like paint) or leave it natural?

Thanks Danielle - you're right. I'll check out what Martha Stewart has to say :)

Hi Aimee, I think I'll just clean it up and leave it natural :)

Ellie had been wondering whatever happened to Noni's chair - she thought Iris had chucked it. Lucky she has no room for it or she'd be after you! Aren't heirlooms grand?! (And who'da thought?)

Kate,
I hope Noni doesn't want it back :)

Jo - Good luck! I saw one in the film 'You're Not There' last night. It looked perfect :)
