Last night we had dinner on the boatshed deck with our friends from England - Frank, Zoe and Graham. Near the end of the meal, we realised we had three more guests - two kangaroos, one with a joey in its pouch. In the photo, Zoe is actually feeding the joey some bread. Then a possum appeared, which we fed with pieces of pear.

I love your blog. And I'm so jealous that you have kangaroos come to visit....
Stop it! You're perpetuating the myth that all Australians have wildlife running around their backyard!...that and I'm jealous! We saw so many cool birds as well as possums etc. when we were at home over Xmas, I so miss Australian flora and fauna.
